We're seeking a strategic and results-driven . VP of Ecommerce. to lead the creation and optimization of digital experiences that drive conversion and revenue growth. You'll spearhead high-converting site development for new product launches, champion comprehensive conversion rate optimization across all customer touchpoints, and build a world-class team to scale our digital presence. This role is essential to accelerating our direct-to-consumer growth and establishing best-in-class digital experiences that communicate our unique value proposition and scientific backing. You'll work closely with marketing, analytics, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from awareness through post-purchase. This role reports directly to our CMO.. . This role is part of our remote HQ!. We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.. . In this role, you will:. . Site Leadership. . . Lead high-converting site creation for product launches with compelling digital narratives that communicate value proposition, scientific backing, and brand positioning. . Design best-in-class user experiences that adapt based on traffic source and customer intent with relevant messaging for every visitor pathway. . Build scalable processes for rapidly deploying landing pages for limited-time offers, seasonal products, and brand collaborations. . Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. . . CRO. . . Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies across all customer touchpoints, from product pages to checkout flows. . Optimize the entire customer journey from awareness through post-purchase, including email capture, cart recovery, and retention strategies. . Drive measurable improvements in conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, and overall revenue growth. . Leverage advanced analytics including heatmapping, session recordings, and customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities. . . Team Leadership. . . Build, mentor, and scale the team across digital product, web development, UX/UI design, and ecommerce operations. . Evaluate and implement ecommerce platforms and tools that support rapid scaling and testing capabilities. . Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making with clear goals and roadmaps. . . We're looking for someone who:. . . Has 8+ years of ecommerce leadership experience with at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level role and a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands. . Brings 5+ years of team leadership experience across digital product, product design, and development functions. . Demonstrates strong conversion rate optimization background with quantifiable results and endless energy to test and optimize. . Possesses deep knowledge of Shopify and analytics/CRO tools with hands-on implementation experience. . Shows entrepreneurial ownership mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. . Excels at cross-functional collaboration with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams. . Has experience with rapid product launch cycles and can build scalable processes for quick deployment. . Understands direct-to-consumer growth strategies and customer lifecycle optimization. . .
