Design and administer surveys, manage databases, and conduct data analysis for internal and external research studies.. . Project Coordination: . Prepare research reports, contribute to manuscripts for publication, and support the creation of content for newsletters, websites, and professional presentations. Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, literature reviews, and other administrative research tasks.. . . QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS. . Required:. . . Master’s degree in psychology or other health-related field. . Survey and data management experience. . Sound statistical skills and experience with a statistical analysis software package (preferably SPSS). . Strong verbal and written communications skills. . Experienced in library searches and contributing to literature reviews and publications. . Supports a team environment. . Goal-driven and motivated to meet targets and deadlines.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. . The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
