Network Manager. at our corporate office in Huntsville, AL.  This position will be responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes for an environment which requires strict cyber security adherence.. . Architects’ solutions with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure in a highly secure environment. . Manages AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MFA, Firewall, etc.. . Ensure compliance with all applicable federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS).. . Configures, installs, maintains, and repairs workstations and physical/virtual servers.. . Completes tasks in an IT Service Management System using ITIL- aligned standardized processes for excellent service delivery.. . Manages a Remote Monitoring and Management Platform. . Proactively monitors, manages, and responds to hardware, software, and infrastructure problems in the support of the enterprise network while ensuring compliance with change management and IT governance processes.. . Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies tailored for mission-critical operations.. . Manage secure collaboration platforms (e.g., GCC High, DoD365) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) deployments.. . Maintain accurate system documentation, asset inventories, and configuration baselines.. . Occasional travel of 5-10% may be required.. . . Education and Experience Requirements:. . . Bachelor of Science in an IT field . . Candidates must have at least seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in the network engineering field.. .  Experience planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining LAN and WAN architectures.. . A comprehensive understanding of the various components and functions within LAN/WAN network solutions including protocols and services.. . Experience working within an ITSM for excellent service delivery including a high level of customer communication (incident management, troubleshooting, research, recovery, communication). . Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Azure administration experience. . Experience with SIEMs, endpoint protection, firewalls, and identity management systems.. . Candidate must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours) per week with after-hours support rotation. . Candidate must be available to work at our corporate office located in Huntsville, AL. Hybrid schedule is available.. . A CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred.. . .
