Create intuitive user experiences by transforming concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.. . Facilitate digital product development through research, conception, ideation, prototyping, and supporting user testing of digital product experiences.. . Identify design problems and devise user-centric solutions.. . Present designs to stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Advocate for the user and human-centered design methods among clients and internal teams.. . Collaborate with UX researchers, product leads, engineers, scrum master's and program stakeholders to create and implement a shared product vision.. . Ask intelligent inquiries, take calculated risks, and champion innovative concepts.. . . Implement the U.S. Digital Service Playbook and U.S. Web Design Standards' guiding principles.. . . REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: . . . At least eight years of experience as a UX designer on product teams in a professional environment. . Experience designing solutions within complex service environments. . Proficient in UX/UI prototyping tools (preferably Figma).. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. . Experience working in agile development environments. . Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards and (preferably Section 508 experience). . Ability to work independently and produce excellent results despite technical limitations and time constraints. . A portfolio to showcase a sharp eye for detail, robust design process, and visual aesthetics.. . Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. . Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years. . . PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: . . . . Experience in government, healthcare and/or insurance domains. . Familiarity with Pega design systems. . Experience with CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeal processing. . Experience with contact center operations. . Experience with case management workflows. . . EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:. . . Bachelor's Degree or Higher. . .  .
