The Program Manager is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for orchestrating cross-functional alignment and . timely. delivery of high-impact product releases. This role works at the intersection of product management, engineering, UX, and product marketing, ensuring all aspects of the product lifecycle—from development through go-to-market—are executed with excellence. Candidate Requirements. & Qualifications . . . . 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, product management, or a related field.. . . . . Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through release and adoption.. . . . . Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to influence without authority.. . . . . Deep understanding of Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, MS DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, Asana).. . . . . Demonstrated success in aligning go-to-market efforts with product development to maximize impact.. . . . . Experience with product marketing, customer enablement, or sales training is a strong plus.. . . . . . Desired but not required. . . . Experience working at B2B software or SaaS companies.. . . . .
