We are seeking an experienced and licensed Supervising Physician to oversee and support our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), in delivering high-quality care. This is an as-needed position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.. . Key Responsibilities:. . · Provide supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with California state regulations and organizational policies.. . · Review and sign off on medical charts, as required.. . · Support clinical decision-making, offering guidance on patient care plans and treatment strategies.. . · Collaborate with APPs to maintain the highest standard of care.. . · Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice in California.. .
