This is a . builder’s role. .. . The product is real. The mission is meaningful. The traction is there.. . As CMO, you will own the full marketing function . brand, growth, creative, and influencer.   and sit on the senior leadership team with . P&L accountability for revenue and profitability. .. . You’ve built before. You understand the difference between . 0→1 and 1→10.  and how marketing evolves at each stage.. . Most importantly, you know how to build a brand and tell a story that makes movement feel essential.. .  . . What You’ll Own. . Marketing Leadership. . . Lead department heads across . Growth, Creative, Brand, and Influencer. . Build the structure, processes, and culture needed for the next phase of scale. . Set the standard for how marketing collaborates across the company. . . Revenue & P&L. . . Own marketing’s contribution to . revenue growth and margin performance. . Allocate budgets across channels and markets based on performance. . Balance . short-term growth with long-term brand investment. . . Brand Building. . . Define and protect the . Moov brand as it scales internationally. . Ensure . brand and performance marketing work together. . Build a brand people genuinely connect with  not just convert from. . . Global Growth. . . Lead Moov’s . international expansion beyond current markets. . Develop scalable growth playbooks that maintain local relevance. . . Senior Leadership. . . Contribute to . company strategy. , not just marketing. . Connect marketing, product, and commercial teams. . Be a trusted voice within the leadership team. . . Who You Are. . . Proven . CMO or senior marketing leader. in a D2C or digitally native brand. . Experience scaling a brand . from early stage through meaningful growth. . Deep expertise in . brand building and performance marketing. . Experience building and leading . multi-disciplinary marketing teams. . Commercially sharp and comfortable owning . P&L responsibility. . Experience expanding brands across . multiple international markets. . High integrity  you say what you mean and mean what you say. .
