About The Role. . Are you someone who thrives on creating clarity from complexity? As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll support N2’s Sales and Revenue teams by making sure our CRM processes, data workflows, and system training are clean, consistent, and effective. You’ll take ownership of HubSpot support and user enablement, build reporting tools that uncover valuable insights, and create SOPs that keep the team aligned and efficient.. . This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. . . The Role in Action. . . Train and support Sales team members on HubSpot best practices, tools, and workflows.. . Be the go-to for HubSpot troubleshooting, permissions, and user management.. .  Maintain data cleanliness and structure inside the HubSpot CRM.. . Build and update clear, actionable SOPs that guide our teams use of HubSpot and related tools.. . Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to implement new processes and system enhancements.. . Create reports and dashboards that help sales leaders understand performance and pipeline health.. . Assist in forecasting and delivering insights that influence key revenue decisions.. . Identify gaps or inefficiencies in how systems are used and offer solutions.. . Collaborate with corporate sales leadership to ensure tools and data support team goals.. . . The Ideal Candidate. . We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:. . . 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or HubSpot CRM management.. . High proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.. . A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset and talent for creating repeatable systems.. .  Comfortability interpreting, organizing, and presenting data.. . Proactive communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills.. . Keen project-management skills and flexibility. . . Skills and Qualities that Set You Apart:.  . . . Experience working in a franchised or distributed sales organization.. . Exposure to email automation or outbound tools like Outreach.io or Instantly.ai.. .
