Proven track record in sourcing and hiring hard-to-find technical and functional Workday roles. . Strong familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS. . Master of creative sourcing—Boolean wizard, LinkedIn pro, referral networker. . Have fans of your past work and can draw and attract candidates to join you at Meridian Partners.. . Data and AI-savvy recruiter: You love metrics and AI and use them to iterate and win. . Consultative communicator—with hiring managers and with candidates. .
