The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with our strategic and major enterprise clients. This role is essential in ensuring our solutions align with clients’ business objectives, drive measurable value, and support long-term success. The ideal candidate brings healthcare reimbursement expertise, ideally with experience managing payer relationships with organizations such as UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Optum, or Zelis.. . This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the healthcare reimbursement ecosystem. You’ll serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring adoption, and delivering a consistently excellent experience across the client lifecycle.. . Primary Job Duties:. . . Strategic Relationship Management. : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at . strategic and major enterprise accounts. , acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact. . Healthcare Reimbursement Insight. : Use your . experience in insurance reimbursement and payer relationships. to support client success and influence internal strategy. Familiarity with major healthcare payers like . Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Zelis. is strongly preferred. . Account Performance Management. : Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., Monthly Recurring Revenue, transaction volumes, customer utilization) to ensure clients are achieving ROI and to identify risks or opportunities. . Drive Growth and Retention. : Understand client goals and pain points to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified opportunities while maintaining ownership of the overall relationship. . Cross-Functional Coordination. : Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Product, Operations, Support—to deliver seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing client support. . Customer Advocacy and Support. : Act as a client advocate within Rectangle Health, ensuring their feedback informs internal decisions, and their voice is heard across teams. . Project and Communication Management. : Serve as the traffic controller across your assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication, execution of deliverables, and coordination across multiple internal teams. . Engagement and Enablement. : Help clients maximize the value of Rectangle Health’s platform by offering strategic guidance, regular product insights, and optimization recommendations. . Feedback and Continuous Improvement. : Gather and relay client feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements. . . Minimum Qualifications:. . . Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success. . Strongly preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on reimbursement, payer relationships, or revenue cycle management, ideally involving UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Optum, Zelis, or similar organizations. . Experience with payments, DSO, medical office management, or SaaS is a plus. . . Education:. . . A 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.. . . Technical Skills:. . . Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools. . Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools. . . Business Acumen:. . . Strong understanding of account health metrics such as MRR, transaction volumes, and utilization. . Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. . .
