Assist in hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. . Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates in DevOps and Security deps. . Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring. . Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. . Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success. . . Requirements. . . 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience. . Experience with DevOps and Security hiring position. . Experience of conducting competency-based interviews. .
