Position Overview:. . We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead and scale Archera’s multi-channel marketing engine. This player-coach will own our brand strategy, drive pipeline generation, and collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Product, the ideal candidate has experience in high-growth FinTech or FinOps environments, excels at messaging complex products, and thrives in early-stage, metrics-driven organizations. Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital, events, social, and partner channels.. . Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.. .
