Swan is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting Swan's financial strategy, financial planning and analysis initiatives, and treasury operations to support our growth.. . Your responsibilities. . Financial Planning & Analysis. . . Support the development and implementation of Swan's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. . Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance. . Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and measure progress against targets. . Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investment opportunities. . . Treasury Management. . . Support comprehensive treasury strategies to manage Swan's Bitcoin holdings, liquidity, and risk effectively. . Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational requirements. . . Skills and experience that will help you succeed. . . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. . Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus. . Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and/or corporate finance roles. . SEC reporting experience is a plus. . Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and Bitcoin ecosystem. . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. . US timezones required. . Compensation for this role will be based on location and experience, and may include base salary, equity, benefits. . Remote pay range (based on location and experience). $90,000. - . $130,000. .
