Partner Acquisition Manager (PAM). to help scale our global partner ecosystem.. . In this role, you’ll be responsible for . finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners. who bring new traders to the platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones.. . This is a . hands-on, performance-driven role. with a clear impact on growth.. . What You’ll Do. . Partner Sourcing & Outreach. . . Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies). . Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks. . Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls. . . Qualification & Deal Management. . . Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential. . Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies. . Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable). . Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals. . . Onboarding & Activation. . . Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems. . Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices. . Support partners in launching their first campaigns. . Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation. . . Performance Ownership. . . Drive partners to reach . Active status (5+ first-time deposits). . Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline. . Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context. . . What Success Looks Like. . . You consistently activate . new high-quality partners. . Partners launch campaigns quickly and effectively. . You manage a clean, predictable pipeline. . Partners trust you and stay engaged through activation. . . What We’re Looking For. . Required. . . Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry.. . Strong communication and negotiation skills. . Comfort working with targets and KPIs. . Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven. . Experience using CRMs and digital tools. . . Nice to Have. . . Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms. .
