As a Data Capture Quality Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data captured by our platform, directly impacting product performance and customer decision-making. You’ll lead the transition of customers from legacy OCR solutions like Abbyy Flexicapture to Nanonets—our AI-powered OCR engine that streamlines vendor bill entry into NetSuite ERP. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that blends technical problem solving with quality assurance and product optimization.. . You’ll also serve as a frontline technical resource for customers, troubleshooting data capture issues, delivering trainings, and working cross-functionally to improve how our Scan & Capture product performs in real-world scenarios. Your contributions will be critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, data integrity, and operational excellence.. . . . Responsibilities. . . . Train vendors and customers in the use of OCR tools including Abbyy Flexicapture and Nanonets. . . . Support sales teams by preparing proof of concept (POC) materials. . . . Respond to customer support cases and address technical issues related to data capture. . . . Perform regular quality audits to ensure accurate and complete data capture. . . . Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies or errors through detailed analysis. . . . Configure product settings based on customer-specific data needs. . . . Provide ongoing communication and updates to customers during issue resolution. . . . Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. . . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve capture processes and share insights. . . . Document best practices, configurations, and QA procedures. . . . Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in data capture technology. . . . Manage ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. . . . Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and internal workflows. . . . Qualifications. . . . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. . . . Experience in data management, quality assurance, or OCR technologies—ideally in a SaaS fintech environment. . . . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. . . . Proficiency in SQL or similar tools for data querying and analysis. . . . Knowledge of OCR technologies and common data extraction challenges. . . . Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems. . . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . . . Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills. . . . Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. . . . Comfortable working independently and within a team. . . . Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. . . .
