The Training Coordinator will be responsible for Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for our dedicated team members (DTMs). This Role will focus on creating engaging and effective training content that equips our team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles serving our partners in the vacation rental and property management industry.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Design and develop training curriculum and materials for various roles within Extenteam, including Guest services, Reservations, accounting, and other positions. . Create engaging multimedia training content including videos, interactive modules, presentations, and assessments. . Manage and administer the Google Classroom learning management system, including course setup, user management, and content organization. . Migrate existing training content from Talent LMS to Google Classroom while ensuring quality and consistency. . Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate content. . Develop industry-specific training modules covering vacation rental terminology, systems, and best practices. . Create and maintain a library of standardized training materials that can be customized for specific partner requirements. . Track training completion and effectiveness through reporting and analytics. . Conduct periodic training needs assessments and update materials accordingly. . Support onboarding specialists and HR team with training-related activities. . Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools in the learning and development field. . Manage engagement activities for dedicated team members. . Collaborate with all HR departments to assess and foster high satisfaction and retention of dedicated team members.. . Other duties as requested.. . . Required Qualifications. . . Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional design, HR, or related field. . 2+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or similar role. . Proficiency with Google Classroom and the Google Workspace suite of applications. . Experience creating engaging video content for training purposes. . Strong skills in content creation using various multimedia tools and platforms. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. . . Preferred Qualifications. . . Experience in the Vacation rental, Hospitality, or Property management industry. . Knowledge of Adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. . Experience with video editing software and screen capture tools. . Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Streamline, Track, LiveRez, Hostfully, Hostaway, or Guesty. . Experience working with remote or global teams. . Previous experience migrating content between learning management systems. . . Technical Skills. . . Google Classroom administration. . Video creation and editing software. .
