Marketing Talent Acquisition Lead. to build and lead recruitment efforts focused on hiring top marketing talent. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing marketing professionals.. . Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions. . Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality). . Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. . Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals. . Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition. . Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles (Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, Analytics, etc.). . Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights. . Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals. . Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Marketing and Fintech industries. . .  . . Requirements. . . 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles. . 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment. . Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content, etc.). . Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset. . Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. . Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. . Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions. . Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability. . Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement. . English — Upper-Intermediate or higher. . .  . . We offer. . .
