About the Role. . As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll shape how Inspiren’s story is told to the market and how our products are understood, adopted, and loved by customers. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our product suite—translating product capabilities into clear value for operators, clinical staff, residents, and capital partners.. . This is a strategic, high-impact role for a sharp communicator and market strategist who thrives at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll lead launches, build competitive differentiation, and equip our go-to-market teams with the tools they need to win. As a player-coach, you’ll manage and mentor a small team while rolling up your sleeves to deliver critical work yourself.. . What You Will Do . . . Lead product marketing strategy and execution across positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, pricing, and competitive differentiation.. . Develop and maintain messaging frameworks that clearly articulate value to key personas and segments, ensuring consistency across all channels.. . Own go-to-market planning for new product launches, coordinating across Product, Sales, CS, and Demand Gen to deliver high-impact rollouts.. . Manage and mentor a Product Marketing Manager, providing strategic guidance and ensuring high-impact delivery across launches and initiatives.. . Create and maintain sales enablement assets—pitch decks, playbooks, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards—to increase conversion and deal velocity.. . Conduct market and competitive intelligence, including win/loss analysis, category trends, and customer research, to sharpen differentiation and influence roadmap decisions.. Monitor product adoption and attach rates, surfacing insights that drive product growth within accounts and inform marketing programs.. . Partner with demand gen and field marketing to fuel integrated campaigns, expansions into new markets, and vertical plays.. . Maintain proof points and evidence library (stats, testimonials, case studies) to amplify credibility across sales, marketing, and exec communications.. . Support executive storytelling, including QBRs, board updates, and customer presentations, by delivering compelling market insights and narratives.. . . About You. . . 7–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with exposure to healthtech, senior living, or complex operational software.. . Proven success leading product launches and GTM strategies that drove adoption and revenue growth.. . Strong track record in positioning and messaging—able to simplify complex products into compelling, differentiated narratives.. . Experience building and managing sales enablement programs that move the needle on pipeline and win rates.. Data-driven mindset with ability to connect product adoption and market insights to business impact.. . Strong leadership skills—comfortable managing and mentoring while still delivering hands-on work.. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.. . Comfortable working in ambiguity, building playbooks from scratch, and scaling what works.. . Deep respect for brand and storytelling, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.. . . Details. . . The annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $230,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) . . Flexible PTO. . Location: Remote - US. .
