We are looking for a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with hands-on . expertise.  in building enterprise-grade analytics dashboards and KPI reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will specialize in extracting, transforming, and visualizing data from RPA platforms (primarily UiPath), project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), and other enterprise systems. This role is central to driving data-driven decision-making across our RPA delivery and operations teams..  . . Responsibilities. . Dashboard & Reporting Development.  . . . Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for RPA operations, delivery metrics, and business KPIs..  . . Build reports tracking UiPath bot performance: automation success rates, exception handling, queue throughput, and SLA adherence..  . . Create consolidated views integrating data from multiple sources into a single pane of glass for stakeholders..  . . Translate business requirements from operations and delivery leads into intuitive, actionable visualizations..  . . . Data Integration & ETL.  . . . Extract data from UiPath Orchestrator APIs, Insights module, and Elasticsearch logs..  . . Integrate data from Jira (sprint metrics, backlog, defects, velocity) and Azure DevOps (work items, pipelines, releases)..  . . Connect additional data sources including Excel, SQL Server, REST APIs, SharePoint as required..  . . Build and maintain Power Query/M transformations and robust data models with proper relationships and hierarchies..  . . Develop and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns for complex KPI logic..  . . . KPI & Metrics Ownership.  . . . Define and implement standard KPIs: automation ROI, FTE savings, bot uptime, error rate, process cycle time, and delivery velocity..  . . Work with RPA CoE, project managers, and business analysts to align on metric definitions and reporting cadence..  . . Set up automated data refresh schedules and alerts via Power BI Service/Power BI Gateway..  . . . Governance & Quality.  . . . Maintain data accuracy, lineage, and documentation for all reports and datasets..  . . Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for role-based access to sensitive dashboards..  . . Conduct peer reviews and enforce best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and report design..  . . Ensure Power BI workspace governance including dataset certifications and workspace management..  . . . Collaboration & Stakeholder Management.  . . . Partner with RPA developers, project managers, and delivery leads to understand data requirements..  . . Present dashboards and insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders when required..  . . Conduct training sessions and create documentation for dashboard users..  . . . Requirements. . . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field..  . . . . Power BI Expertise.  . . . 5–8 years of hands-on Power BI development experience (Desktop, Service, Gateway, Report Server)..  . . Advanced proficiency in DAX – time intelligence, CALCULATE, iterators, variables, and complex measures..  . . Deep expertise in Power Query/M language for complex data transformations..  . . Strong data modeling skills: star schema, snowflake, composite models..  . . Experience with Power BI Embedded or paginated reports (SSRS/RDL) is a plus..  . . . Data Sources & Integration.  . . . Proficient in connecting Power BI to Jira (REST API/third-party connectors) and Azure DevOps (ADO OData feed)..  . . Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST API connectors..  . . Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or Power Automate for pipeline orchestration is a plus..  . . . Analytical & Domain Skills.  . . . Strong understanding of project delivery metrics: sprint velocity, burndown, defect density, and release frequency..  . . Experience tracking operational KPIs in RPA or IT service delivery contexts..  . . Ability to define metric logic in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders..  . . . . Nice to Have. . . . . Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including REST API access for jobs, queues, robots, and logs..  . . Experience with UiPath Insights or equivalent RPA reporting tools is highly desirable..  . . Understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and hypercare..  . . Experience with Python or R for data preparation feeding into Power BI..  . . Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Lake for large-scale data pipelines..  . . Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools for migration or comparison purposes..  . . Exposure to AI/ML visuals in Power BI or integration with Azure ML endpoints..  . . Understanding of Agile/Scrum project methodology..  . . Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.. . Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certification is strongly preferred..  . . UiPath certifications (UiARD, UiASD) are advantageous but not mandatory..  . .
