Finance Manager. to own and build the financial engine behind our growth.. . This is not a traditional finance role. Financial planning, . forecasting, and budgeting. across all D2C channels. . Deep ownership of . unit economics, margin analysis, and profitability optimisation. . (models, tools, processes) to support our next stage of growth. . .  . . 🧠 What You Bring. . . 5+ years of experience in . finance. , ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a high-growth startup. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into . clear business decisions. . Experience working closely with . commercial teams. (especially marketing or growth). .
