As an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Oshi Health, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our virtual, integrated care model. You’ll support daily operations of a remote clinical team – including Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Dietitians, and Behavioral Health Providers – ensuring high quality, efficient, and patient -centered care delivery. In partnership with senior leadership, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, optimize clinical workflows, and support the development of team leaders to align with organizational goals. Oversee and support day-to-day clinical operations across three clinical teams in an virtual integrated care model: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Dietitians (RDs), and Behavioral Health Providers (BHPs). . Provide direct supervision to the Clinical Senior Managers leading each team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. . Serve as a key liaison between clinical operations leadership and frontline clinical staff, driving operational excellence and performance management. . Partner with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance clinical service delivery, organizational objectives, and patient outcomes. . Proactively address and resolve clinical and employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to Clinical Senior Managers on sensitive employee relations matters (in collaboration with people operations), change management, and helping manage provider performance metrics.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Practice Operations, People Operations, Quality) to support operational improvements and organizational change initiatives.. . In partnership with clinical leadership, practice ops, and people ops, continue to refine and improve overall clinical metrics to ensure they align with organization-wide goals and initiatives, but are fair, attainable, and motivating to clinicians and promote a best-in-class patient experience.. . Analyze clinical workflow processes to identify opportunities for innovation, standardization, and scalability within the virtual care model. . Support the development of professional growth pathways and performance evaluation frameworks for clinical staff across disciplines. . . Who you are:. . . Proven experience in clinical operations management, preferably within a virtual healthcare environment. . Minimum 3–5 years of direct people management experience, including performance coaching and disciplinary processes. . Demonstrated ability to lead diverse clinical teams and drive alignment across interdisciplinary care providers. . Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance clinical quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at managing up, down, and across an organization. .
