At Tenstorrent, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI data center and workstation platforms, shaping everything from system architecture and thermal design to reliability and lifecycle management. Experienced systems development leader with 15+ years driving products from concept to mass production.. . Deep expertise in system architecture (CPU, GPU, memory, storage, interconnects) and high-performance computing.. . Skilled in leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing suppliers/vendors effectively.. . Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, inspire teams, and travel internationally (~15%).. . .  . . What We Need. . . A leader to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from system definition through production, ensuring quality and performance.. . Define rigorous system-level requirements across hardware domains (CPU, memory, power, thermal, storage, cabling).. . Lead cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and reliability teams for seamless integration.. . Mentor engineers, set high standards for quality, and ensure compliance with certifications and manufacturing needs.. . .  . . What You Will Learn. . . Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.. .
