We are looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Health Plan Implementation Manager to support the ongoing success of our health plan contracts. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our contracted health plans, ensuring compliance with contract terms, delivering on performance metrics, and driving collaborative outcomes. This is a critical role for maintaining strong health plan relationships and supporting the growth and sustainability of our behavioral health services.. . What will you do?. . . Contract Management & Compliance. . . . Serve as the point of contact for assigned health plan accounts, managing all aspects of contract performance and communication. . . . Monitor and interpret contract requirements, deliverables, and timelines to ensure full compliance. . . . Work cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, operations, RCM, finance) to meet payer expectations and solve operational issues. . . . . Relationship Management. . . . Develop and maintain strong working relationships with health plan representatives. . . . Proactively communicate updates, address questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. . . . Represent the organization in regular check-in calls, reporting meetings, and reviews with health plan partners. . . . . Performance Tracking & Reporting. . . . Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) outlined in contracts. . . . Prepare and present reports and outcome summaries for internal stakeholders and health plans. . . . Coordinate data submissions, audits, outcome reports, and other contractual deliverables. . . . . Process Improvement & Growth Support. . . . Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team on payer trends, renewal opportunities, or risk areas. . . . Support the onboarding of new payer contracts, including implementation planning and documentation coordination. . . . . .  . . What will you NOT do?. . . We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Requirements. . . . 5+ years of experience in implementation management, contract management, or health plan relations in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. .  . . . . Strong understanding of managed care contracts, value-based care principles, and payer expectations, especially in the behavioral health space. .  . . . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. .  . . . . Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare health plans. .  . . . . The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): .
