We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer experienced in Flutter to join our Customer Experience (CX) Squad. This team leads the development of our mobile app, which empowers clients to manage their property portfolios, optimize returns, and receive smart, data-driven insights.. . You’ll play a key role in delivering new features, improving UX/UI, and collaborating on architectural decisions to ensure the app is scalable, secure, and delightful to use.. . How you will shape Prophero:. . . Build and maintain new features in our Flutter mobile app.. . Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver intuitive and high-quality experiences.. . Review code, write unit tests, and help us continuously improve development practices.. . Contribute to scalable, performant, and secure mobile and web architecture.. . Bring ideas to the table and help shape the future of our customer-facing product.. . . What you will bring to our team:. . . 3+ years of experience as a Front-End or Mobile Engineer.. . Proven experience developing and maintaining production Flutter apps.. . Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, testing, and performance optimization.. . Comfortable working with REST APIs and integrating with backend services.. . Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development tools.. . Product mindset: you care about the user experience as much as the code.. . Intermediate to advanced English level (we’re an international team).. .
