What You’ll Need:. . . 5 - 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally within legal tech, financial systems, or professional services.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.. . . A strong track record of leading product strategy and execution across complex platforms with multiple stakeholders and user personas.. . . Bring deep functional expertise in core accounting and financial compliance, ideally within enterprise-level financial technology platforms; global experience strongly preferred. . . Deep experience in customer discovery, market research, and product validation—you have a structured approach to uncovering insights and translating them into value.. . . Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to align cross-functional teams and influence decision-makers at all levels, including executives.. . . Fluency in Agile product development processes; you work well with engineering teams while remaining focused on strategic product outcomes.. . .
