We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Principal Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, raising awareness and attracting new customers for a state-of-the-art robotic-assisted bronchoscopy imaging and biopsy technology in the medical device industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to win and executing targeted marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, utilization, nurture leads, and support the activation of customers in partnership with the key account and clinical sales teams. A Day In the Life of the Principal Manager of Capital Marketing. . . Build and execute high impact go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and utilization. . . Partnering with cross-functional team to develop strategies and value messaging (clinical, economic, operational and strategic), collateral, and programs with demonstrated ROI.. . Collaborate with clinical, product management and sales teams to create sales presentations, case studies, product demos, and sales collateral.. . Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors within target segments.. . Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer personas and segmentation criteria for effective targeting.. . Develop economic story along with designing, developing and maintaining an ROI calculator that enables stakeholders to evaluate the financial returns on investments in the Galaxy System and Lung Nodule Programs.. . Provide marketing support and resources to facilitate sales interactions and accelerate deal progression with economic stakeholders. . . Lead Generation and Nurture:. . . Drive lead generation initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing.. . Develop lead nurturing programs to engage prospects at various stages of the buying journey and accelerate the sales cycle.. . Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads for sales follow-up and conversion.. . . Build Physician Advocacy through network development and education. . . Build Regional KOL network to drive product advocacy through physician engagement activities (peer-to-peer interaction, hands on physician labs, case observations).  . . Plan and host educational events to educate and engage target audiences on the clinical benefits and applications of our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.. . Develop educational content, presentations, and promotional materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.. . Drive event registration and attendance through targeted email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.. . . Product Launches. . . Lead planning and execution of new product launches for market introduction in collaboration with product management team.. . Develop and execute launch plans, managing timelines and aligning resources to meet key milestones.. . Develop KPIs to assess success of product launches.. . . Key Account Sales Team Support:. . . Collaborate closely with the key account sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.. . Provide marketing support and resources to facilitate sales interactions and accelerate deal progression.. . Serve as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies, messaging, and goals.. . . About You. . . Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.. . Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on account-based marketing.. . Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support key account sales teams with a capital and trailing disposable model. . Capital sales experience a plus. . Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.. . Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.. . Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, Pepperflow).. .
