The Clinical Intake Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical intake process, ensuring that clients are appropriately screened, assessed, and transitioned into care with efficiency and compassion. This role manages a team of intake therapists, provides direct supervision, and collaborates across departments to ensure intake operations meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.. . Responsibilities:. . . Supervise and support a team of intake therapists, ensuring high-quality clinical assessments and documentation.. . Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff, ensuring best practices in client evaluation.. . Monitor performance metrics, including projected vs. scheduled, completed vs. scheduled, admitted vs. completed, and program admissions.. . Collaborate with the Central Intake team to ensure smooth handoffs and client-centered workflows.. . Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and address barriers to client access.. . Conduct regular chart reviews, QA checks, and compliance monitoring.. . Participate in workforce planning, onboarding, and training of new intake staff. . . Qualifications:. . . Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).. . 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.. . Strong knowledge of intake assessment, care coordination, and compliance standards.. . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.. .
