About the Role. . We are seeking a skilled. Virtual Assistant. to provide dedicated . email design support. to our US-based marketing team. This remote position is ideal for a creative professional who can work independently across time zones to deliver high-quality email design services and administrative support for our email marketing operations.. . Key Responsibilities. . Email Design & Template Creation. . . Design and develop responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and drag-and-drop builders. . Create visually appealing email campaigns that align with brand guidelines. . Ensure mobile optimization and cross-platform compatibility (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail). . Modify existing templates and create new designs based on campaign requirements. . Understanding of design for dark mode . . . Virtual Assistant Support. . . Manage email campaign schedules and coordinate with the US marketing team. . Upload and organize email assets, images, and content libraries. . Conduct quality assurance testing across multiple email clients and devices. . Maintain detailed project tracking and reporting for campaign performance. . . Administrative Tasks. . . Schedule and coordinate email campaign launches with US team members. . Create and maintain design documentation and style guides. . Assist with email list management and segmentation tasks. . Prepare campaign performance reports and design recommendations. . . Technical Support. . . Troubleshoot email rendering issues and provide solutions. . Implement A/B testing for design elements and layouts. . Work with email service providers (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.). . Stay updated on email design best practices and deliverability standards. . . Required Qualifications. . . 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with email marketing focus. . Strong proficiency in email campaign/design development. . Experience with email service platforms and design tools. . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). . Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup. . Availability to work during US business hours or with overlap times. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . . Technical Skills Required. . . Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design software. . Experience with email service providers. . HTML/CSS coding for email templates. . Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. . Project management tools. . Basic understanding of email deliverability. . . Preferred Qualifications. . . Previous experience supporting US-based companies. . Knowledge of email marketing analytics and KPIs. . Familiarity with marketing automation workflows. .
