Provides expert knowledge and guidance on Social Security benefits programs including SSDI, SSI, Medicare, and related federal benefits. Serves as the authoritative source for benefits policy interpretation, eligibility requirements, and procedural guidance. Reviews training content for accuracy and collaborates with instructional designers to ensure comprehensive coverage of benefits administration topics.. . . Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Social Security benefits administration or counseling experience.. . Comprehensive knowledge of SSDI, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid, and related federal benefit programs.. . Experience with federal benefits determination processes, eligibility requirements, and appeals procedures.. . Certification in benefits counseling (CWIC, Benefits Counseling Certification, or equivalent).. .
