Solution Consultants are responsible for leading the consultative and technical aspects of the sales process including client-facing demonstrations and integration conversations. Solution Consultants play a pivotal role in finding the best-fitting options to meet prospective clients’ needs, through a combination of knowledge, experience, and collaboration with other departments to bring our full suite of capabilities into each of our interactions. The Solution Consultant will leverage their skills to create forward progress in the sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation processes, while aligning our recommendations with stated goals and outcomes. . .  . . . Lead effective product and technical demonstrations and discussions that uncover key needs and align the value of our solutions with the client's pain points and business objectives. . . Work closely with account executives, colleagues, and prospective clients to build and maintain strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, working progressively toward positive outcomes. . . Work collaboratively with other groups within the organization to investigate and assemble the information needed to solve prospect challenges, leading these efforts and bringing back solutions to sellers. Update knowledge documentation to benefit others. . . Tailor product configurations and demo environments to address general needs, product releases, and specific client requirements, ensuring seamless presentations and confidence in our capabilities. . . Facilitate hands-on evaluations of our software to demonstrate its effectiveness and suitability for the client's environment, and create or update materials that support these activities including videos, written content, and quantified impacts.. . Assist in the development of RFP responses and other documentation required during the sales process. . . Collect insights from client interactions to inform product development, identify new opportunities, and improve our offerings. . . Continuously enhance your knowledge of our software, competitors, and industry trends to effectively communicate and document our value and competitive advantages. . . Communicate with the account executive and professional services team to provide seamless transitions for client implementation kickoff meetings. . . .  . . What You’ll Bring to the Table: . . . Demonstrated track record of creating service and value-based solutions in a client-facing environment that extend beyond documented product feature-function. . . Ability to synthesize and analyze data and provide insights to internal partners regarding gaps and opportunities, and translate to actionable needs and outcomes. . . Understanding of SaaS sales methodologies; value selling preferred. . . A client-oriented approach that stems from genuine curiosity and leads all parties to a greater mutual understanding of what’s needed and its value. . . Strong communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to build trusted partner relationships with solution owners, product, implementation, and engineering teams. . . A goal-oriented, growth mindset with a natural knack for proactively setting a high standard of achievement for yourself. . . .  . . What You’ll Need: . . . 3-5+ years experience as a pre-sales engineer, solution consultant, or client-facing service role in a B2B SaaS environment serving the enterprise market. . . Experience leading client-facing presentations and conversations, particularly in the pre-sales technical evaluation process. . . Expertise in guiding clients through data mapping, API functionality, and cloud-based integrations. . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to enlist internal stakeholders to help navigate solution-finding. . . Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to exercise independence, autonomy, and sound judgment in making recommendations and decisions to prospective clients and colleagues. . . Strong desire to work in the dynamic atmosphere of a rapidly expanding SaaS organization. . . Experience with facilities, human resources, or reporting software is a plus. . . 4-year university degree, or equivalent work experience. . . Ability to travel as needed.. . .  . .
