We’re seeking personable and motivated . Medical Assistants. to join our team as . Enrollment Specialists. . In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of connection for patients, introducing them to Medsien’s programs, guiding them through enrollment, and helping them understand the benefits of ongoing care.. . What You’ll Do. . . Conduct. proactive outbound calls daily. to patients identified by their providers as eligible for . Medsien. programs. . Engage and educate patients. on the value of chronic care and remote patient support. . Guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process with empathy and professionalism. . Document patient interactions and enrollment progress accurately in our systems. . Partner with Medsien’s clinical operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and care continuity. . .
