About the Client. . We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to serve as the right-hand technical partner to the founder of a growing SaaS company in the donor management and fundraising space. This is a key role that combines new feature development, bug resolution, and system ownership across both the front-end and back-end of the platform. You’ll be working directly with the technical founder and interfacing with a small internal team — with the opportunity to own mission-critical development work from day one.. . Note: This is a development-heavy role, not a technical support role. You may occasionally investigate bugs or assist with L2 issues, but you will not be responsible for monitoring support queues.. . Responsibilities. :. . . Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure). . Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase — with a strong eye toward stability and performance. . Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed (no frontline support). . Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture. . Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. . Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. . Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback. . . Requirements. :. . . 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment. . Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure. . Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap. . Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers. . Strong communication and written English — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic. . Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment. . . Bonus. :. . . Experience working with small teams or startups. . Previous exposure to support ticket systems or L2/L3 troubleshooting. . . . .
