Payer Account Manager at DentalXChange. . Location: Remote USA.  . Payer Account Manager Position Summary. . The Payer Account Manager, working in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Director, Payer and Trading Partner Account Management, supports Payer Partners and provides administrative support through account analysis as needed to identify growth opportunities.. . In supporting clients, the Payer Account Manager will manage within SLA guidelines, complete all required forms, and documentation.  The Payer Account Manager will collaborate closely with and support other departments, especially the EDI Specialist and Connectivity & Implementation teams, as needed.  . .  . . What you’ll Be Doing as a Payer Account Manager. . . Support and build positive relationships with Payer Partners.. . Maintain updated payer list and payer information including addresses and additions/removal of plans/payers.. . Assist Enrollment department in establishing enrollment protocol with Payer Partners.. . Conduct regular account management calls to ensure service levels are being met and escalate issues as needed.. . Act as liaison between Payer Partners and internal development and implementation team members for special projects and enhancements.. . Coordinate with the EDI and Connectivity teams to ensure that Payer Partner needs are being met and deadlines for projects are on track.. . Review monthly reporting for Payer Partners to review trends, growth, retention analytics, and identify gaps in offered transactions.. . Maintain a high level of product and Payer knowledge.. . What You’ll Being to the Team as a Payer Account Manager. . . Some college preferred.. . Industry clearing-house, medical and/or dental experience preferred.. . Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.. . Proficient in all MS Office applications and use of the internet.. . Ability to successfully multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.. . Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions.. . Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.. . .  . . Pay range $33.66 - $36.06 per hour DOE. .  .
