This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with Marketing teammates plus cross-functional partners from Creative, Merchandising, and more to transform Grove’s customer experience. While much of the work is rooted in the email channel, assignments also stretch across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and more. This role balances analytical acumen with creative thinking; thoughtful planning with speedy execution; and business outcomes with mission alignment. . . WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO. . . Execute the technical setup, QA, deployment, and tracking of a high volume of marketing campaigns, working directly in the ESP. . Plan and set up email testing that yields valuable insights and optimizations. . Prepare thoughtful creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-impact campaigns. . Analyze data and evaluate the performance of campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis. . . ABOUT YOU. . . 2+ years in CRM, ideally with a digital-first retailer. . Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise-grade ESPs (Braze preferred). . Basic HTML proficiency. . Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, content, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, etc.. . Understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and optimization against key metrics. . Experience collaborating with a Creative team and briefing emails for them. . A history of making data-driven decisions, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . Experience with Looker is a plus. . . WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU. . . The salary range for this role is $70,000-90,000. Our compensation bands are adjusted based on market-specific cost of living data, meaning that . the top of our salary range is reserved for the most experienced candidates in the highest cost of living areas across the country. .
