Proposal Manager I. to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of compliant, compelling, and high-quality proposals that support RES’s mission to deliver innovative environmental solutions. You’ll collaborate with capture managers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to produce polished responses to RFPs, RFIs, and grant applications—helping RES win projects that restore ecosystems and strengthen communities.. . This role will support our teams on the West Coast. What your day will look like? . . 70% of your time, you will be producing and delivering proposal documents, procurement forms, grant applications, and statements of qualifications, . making sure they are complete and consistent with RES and client goals and requirements. This means you will be developing, organizing, editing, and formatting written content, graphics, and tables yourself, but also coordinating writing assignments and data collection among multiple authors. You will develop and compile resumes, project descriptions, standard and example text, and other information from a variety of internal and external databases. Be ready to showcase your . o. utstanding written and verbal communication skills. during the interview!. . 20% of the time you will be managing proposals and grant application logistics. . This means you will be organizing kick-off and planning calls and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The objective is to deliver proposals and applications that meet public sector clients’ procurement requirements during prequalification and application or bid submittal processes. This includes management of content and deadlines from external subcontractors.. . You will also manage the content library, archiving and maintaining the organization of proposal and application content.. . 5% of your time, you will be managing internal timelines for prequalification and registration renewals.. You will track and complete vendor registrations and prequalification statuses, renewals, and expiration dates.. . 5% of your time, you will be doing knowledge management.. This means you will be analyzing past processes to gather lessons learned and positive actions at the submittal of applications and proposals to enable process improvement and higher win rates. You will research and summarize client prequalification, procurement cycles, and procurement processes. You will then share your conclusions with the team.. . . We’d Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following. . . . . Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of proposal development experience, or equivalent.. . Proven experience managing proposals, with writing samples and graphic examples to share.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.. . Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop.. . Knowledge of SF330 forms and experience supporting public-sector proposals.. . Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn) and ability to leverage data for proposals.. . Experience navigating bidding websites and Federal procurement systems.. . . . .
