The Business Analyst drives business process research and analysis, requirement gathering, and development of applicable supporting documentation and facilitation critical to our strategic planning efforts.. . . . What Will You Be Doing?. . . Amass and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to influence effective decision making by senior management.. . Take lead in requirement gathering, including appropriate supporting documentation.. . Evaluate multiple data sources and consistency approach to performance measurement results and data interpretation.. . Partner with departments organization wide to propose and implement reports, dashboards and similar tools critical to making strategic decisions.. . Track the impact of initiatives, along with bringing creative insight based on results on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.. . Assists with identifying root causes for problems and identifying solutions.. . Develop subject matter expertise in platform functionality and features.. . Assist with the development of content and the delivery of project communications and stakeholder management.. . Effectively communicate and document business and system information.. . What Are We Looking For?. . . Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. . 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. . Moderate to high level of proficiency in Excel and other statistical tools. . Excellent communication and presentation skills. . Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision. . Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to work across an organization at all levels with technical, creative, and executive team members. . Ability to interact with many different skill sets and roles within the company. . Ability and energy to work on multiple projects at a time and potentially switch projects as necessary, maintaining a strong quality focus on each. . Commitment to customer service. . . . . What's Our Offer? . . Salary Range: You`ll earn between $77,970 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.. . . . Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.. . . . Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.. . . .
