Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring preparedness for meetings, presentations, and travel.. . . . . Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, board sessions, and external engagements.. . . . . Exceptional organizational, project management, communication skills and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.. . . . . Strong business acumen and ability to understand and anticipate the CEO’s priorities in alignment with organizational strategy.. . . . .
