ABOUT THIS ROLE. : . . The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will play a critical role in shaping the long-term growth and strategic direction of the organization. The CSO will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities. This leader will work closely with the executive and business development team to identify new market opportunities, enhance competitive positioning, and drive sustainable growth across all business areas.. . The CSO will be a forward-thinking, results-driven leader, capable of fostering strategic partnerships, managing corporate relationships, and navigating complex business landscapes.. . . Real Estate License in CA, WA, OR, AZ or NV is preferred.. . This position requires a valid Driver's License as travel is required. . . Prepare financial models and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.. . Ensure that business development activities are aligned with the company’s financial goals and growth targets.. . Track and report on the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.. . . Executive Leadership & Reporting:. . . Serve as a trusted advisor to executive team, providing insights and recommendations on strategic matters.. . Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and events to increase visibility and build relationships.. . . Change Management & Organizational Leadership:. . . QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:. . . Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably in the property management or real estate sector. Proven ability to penetrate new markets.. . Strong operational understanding with prior role in operations a plus. Ability to align business growth initiatives with day-to-day operational delivery.. . A strategic mindset with a passion for client success and relationship-building.. . Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.. . Remote, work from home with required travel 1-3 times per month.. . . Education and/or Experience:. . . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field preferred.. .
