We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who thrives in execution and delivery. This role is focused on taking ideas from requirements through to launch, ensuring features are built to spec, delivered on time, and meet the needs of our customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the product development process.. . This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about translating requirements into reality.. . What You’ll Do. . . Manage the day-to-day product development process for your feature areas and projects.. . Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.. . Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering and design.. . Track progress, highlighting risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.. . Support QA to validate that features meet requirements before release.. . Coordinate releases, including documentation and communication to internal teams.. . Partner with Customer Success and Support to understand issues, triage bugs, and drive resolutions.. . Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform improvements.. . . What We’re Looking For. . . 2–4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in SaaS or HR tech is a nice to have for this entry level role. . Strong execution skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.. . Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured requirements.. .
