The Global Inclusion and Health Equity (GIHE) team applies data driven, inclusion and health equity solutions that seamlessly connects dots across the Real Chemistry ecosystem to help our clients make the world a healthier place for all – especially for historically marginalized populations. As healthcare companies increasingly commit to operationalizing health equity as a business imperative, the GIHE team works with clients to provide strategic counsel as well as design and execute health equity-focused initiatives at the corporate, commercial, clinical and community levels. . . . In this role, you will work across key accounts helping to implement inclusion and health equity strategies. This role carries a broad, demanding set of responsibilities in the support of assigned client engagements. Your position at Real Chemistry will focus on supporting the ongoing management and coordination of the various health equity-related projects and campaigns we develop and deliver. All aspects of this position are critical to the success of Real Chemistry and your role within the organization. As such, your primary responsibilities are as follows:. . . . Responsible for outstanding client service and account management activities for 1-3 accounts.. . . . . In collaboration with senior management and project management staff, drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications.. . . . . Conducting desk research for industry trends and updates related to inclusion and equity, and most importantly in support of the GIHE team and its clients.. . . . . Drive detailed and timely project execution and high-touch client communications in collaboration with other project management staff.. . . . . Develop draft of presentations, creative briefs, PR materials (e.g., press releases, articles, etc.) and other internal/external communications.. . . . . Ensure client feedback is collected, understood, and addressed as appropriate across deliverables.. . . . . Manage Veeva Vault to execute end-to-end Medical, Legal Regulatory (MLR) submission processes, including participation in live MLR discussions, as well as document submissions, reviews, and approvals.. . . . . Responsible for monitoring, tracking and reporting all project related activities, creating and managing timelines and workback plans.. . . . . Support overall account development, fiscal performance, and growth.. . . . . Partner with functional area-experts within the agency in support of deliverable needs.. . . . . Document and communicate need-to-know information to all project partners; . . . Schedule meetings both internally and externally, as well as provide agendas, recaps, trackers to Clients. . . . . Skilled in developing project scopes, client and vendor contracts, and problem-solving in real time. . . . . Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); Outlook proficiency expected. . . . . Experience with media monitoring, research, and project execution with limited supervision. . . . . Healthcare agency experience a plus. . . . Pay Range:. $60,000 - 75,000. . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. We have . office locations. in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us.. . For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply.
