Experience working as a Product Manager, Product . Owner. or comparable product leadership role..  . . Experience developing product strategies, . roadmaps. and prioritisation approaches..  . . Experience managing platform, . infrastructure. or technically complex software products..  . . A strong understanding of outcome-focused and user-centred product management..  . . The ability to understand complex customer and operational problems..  . . Experience turning customer-specific requirements into reusable product capabilities..  . . An understanding of product lifecycle management, technical . debt. and software evergreening..  . . Confidence working with software engineering, . architecture. and delivery teams..  . . The ability to make balanced decisions when evidence is incomplete or priorities conflict..  . . Strong stakeholder-management, . facilitation. and communication skills..  . . Experience translating between customer, commercial and technical perspectives..  . . A collaborative approach . enabling . teams to make good decisions rather than directing . all . detail..  . .
