Location:.  Fully remote (must be licensed in California). . Employment Type:.  W-2 with full benefits . OR.  1099 contract. . Salary/Pay Range:. . . . W-2:.  $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment). . . . 1099:.  $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show & late-cancel pay). . . . What You’ll Do. . . . Deliver evidence-based teletherapy.  to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.. . . . Build strong therapeutic relationships.  with youth, families, and school partners.. . . . Provide psychoeducation.  and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.. . . . Collaborate in case consultations.  and ongoing professional development.. . . . Flexible Schedule:.  Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends (9am-5pm). . . . Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W2 employees. .
