As a Medical Assistant at Medsien, you will be stationed in various clinics across the Lorton/Springfield/Alexandria, Virginia area where you will support the implementation and management of Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other care programs. This is not a remote position; you will work directly with physicians and care teams in person to assist with patient engagement and care coordination.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Work directly in clinics to assist with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.. . Support physicians and clinical staff in providing seamless patient care by preparing relevant health data for patient visits.. . Work closely with Medsien's care management team to streamline care delivery and identify potential areas for process improvement.. . . Qualifications. . . Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.. . 2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.. . Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.. . Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.. .
