Job Duties and Responsibilities. . . Drive Opportunities:. Identify and analyze RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFB) opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to shape effective proposal strategies.. . Proposal Development:. Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to various technical and business audiences.. . Collaboration:. Work closely with subject matter experts across sales, technical, UX, product, and delivery teams, as well as internal stakeholders for key inputs and reviews.. . Quality Assurance:. Ensure all proposals meet company standards for format, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining strict submission deadlines.. . Continuous Improvement:. Maintain and enhance proposal templates, content libraries, and workflow automation tools for efficiency and consistency.. . Sizing & Pricing Support:. Assist in effort estimation and pricing for small to medium app development and maintenance projects under the guidance of the Bids Lead.. . . Required Qualifications. . Education. . . Bachelor’s degree preferable in . Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field. .. . . Experience. . . 6-10 years of experience in . proposal writing. , preferably in . software development or IT services. .. . . Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.. . Ability to write persuasively and adapt tone/style to suit different audiences.. . Proficiency in .
