Experienced HVAC Technicians . to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. . This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Montevideo, Minnesota area.. . Core Responsibilities. . . Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.. . Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.. . Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.. . Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.. . Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.. . Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.. . . Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.. .  . Core Experience. . . Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified . (Required). .. . 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).. . Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.. . Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.. . . Physical/Work Environment. . At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.. . . Candidates should reside in the Montevideo, Minnesota area.. . Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.. . Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.. . Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem. . . Driving to remote work sites as needed.. . Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.. . Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).. . Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.. . . Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE.
