Develop, update, and maintain enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, system documentation, workflows, and operational reference materials in support of the EASS eCMS portfolio and O&M program requirements. . Author and publish clear, user-centered release notes and communications for each system release, translating technical change requests into concise, understandable language for VA stakeholders and end users. . Support VA training readiness activities, ensuring documentation, communications, and training deliverables align with release cycles, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. . Create and maintain system lifecycle documentation, including workflows, business process maps, acquisition lifecycle documentation, system handoff diagrams, and functional reference models to support stakeholder understanding and adoption  . . Collaborate with program leadership, business analysts, developers, testers, trainers, and VA stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and ensure alignment with business processes, policies, and VA standards  . . Ensure all documentation and training materials meet Section 508 accessibility standards, VA writing standards, formatting policies, and approved style guides. . Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by drafting test scripts, documenting defects, tracking resolution progress, validating fixes, and updating documentation accordingly  . . Develop training content and communications, including job aids, step-action procedures, how-to guides, knowledge base material, and training videos; support delivery of user training as needed. . Create and maintain SharePoint and collaboration solutions for documentation access, approvals, intake workflows, and content governance, ensuring structured document control, auditability, and efficient stakeholder communication  . . Maintain version control and document lifecycle tracking; ensure all documentation is current, accurate, approved, and aligned to production environment capabilities  . . Support program communications management through the development of stakeholder messaging, status updates, knowledge sharing, user readiness communications, and release awareness materials  . . Participate in program meetings, scrums, release planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions; document action items, decisions, meeting minutes, and follow-ups to support program transparency and alignment  . . Contribute to process improvement and modernization initiatives by recommending documentation enhancements, communication improvements, usability refinements, and clarity improvements to better support VA mission users  . . . Requirements. . . Bachelors degree. 8 additional years of directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of meeting the degree requirement.. . 10+ years of relevant experience. . Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance at the Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) level (active preferred).. . Salary Range. $61,180. - . $75,000. .
