Come join us!. . Role Description:. . Diana Health is looking for an entrepreneurial, human-centered Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and lead our patient experience efforts. As a tech-enabled services business, our product team uses a data-driven, product mindset to develop both service and technology-oriented solutions for our patients and care teams. We are looking for someone that is passionate about patient-centered care - and excited about owning our patent experience both longitudinally and across our episodes of care. . . As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our patient experience strategy and ensuring that we deliver on the Diana Health Difference at scale. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in women’s health, and a proven track record of successfully bringing products, programs, and/or processes to market. We are looking for a strong problem solver who is excited about tackling complex problems, breaking them down to their smaller parts, and designing simple and elegant solutions that can be implemented across a multi-site, cross functional organization. Candidates should be very comfortable making decisions and executing in a fast-paced environment– embracing a scrappy, self-starter mentality. . . The Senior Product Manager reports to the Chief Product Officer and works and manages cross-functionally across product, clinical, operational, marketing, and engineering teams. . . What you’ll do:. . Product Strategy & Ownership:. . . . Lead and accountable for patient experience performance and efforts across the organization. Maintaining a clear and deep understanding of current patient experience and future needs across each step of the patient journey. . Work with leadership to develop a compelling patient experience product strategy that aligns with Diana Health's mission and business goals. . Define and prioritize products based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives . . Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy. . . End User and Data-Driven Insights: . . . Be the key subject matter expert of patient experience measures (i.e., NPS, Patient Retention) - analyzing and understanding patient experience data and leveraging insights to identify potential changes needed and design meaningful solutions.. . Conduct stakeholder and user research to help inform product decisions. . . . Product Development:. . . . Lead the end-to-end product development process, from scoping and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch - across both service/process-oriented and digital-oriented solutions. . Build and optimize SOPs and tools to ensure effective implementation at the site level. . Define and evaluate success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives. . . . Implementation:. . . . Collaborate and manage across cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality products and processes. . . Communicate product strategy and roadmap to key stakeholders - garnering buy-in and support from key stakeholders. . . . Qualifications:. . . 5+ years of relevant product management, or relevant experience. . Passion for improving women's health and a commitment to Diana Health's mission and values.. . Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a tech-enabled services context. . Ability to collaborate with various levels and roles within the organization- from working with leadership to drive product vision, to conducting research with individual contributors and stakeholders. . . Ability to solve complex problems grounded in data-driven decision making and a results-oriented approach. . .
