We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment.. . . 🎬 . What You’ll Do. . 🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts. . ⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs. . 🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly. . 👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback. . ⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality. . . 🧬 . Who You Are. . 📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred). . 🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling). . 👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography). . 🪪 Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud. . 📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts. . 🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams. . .
