LTSE is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy while also serving as a key driver of enterprise-wide operational performance.. . This is not a traditional, accounting-only CFO role. We are looking for a leader who has deep experience overseeing financial strategy and guiding strategic operations, either directly leading operations teams or serving in a structure where Operations reported into Finance.. . The ideal candidate brings a combination of capital strategy, fundraising leadership, sophisticated FP&A capabilities, and enterprise execution rigor. Leadership Responsibilities. . . Represent Finance and Operations at the Executive team and Board level. . Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO in enterprise planning and value creation. . Key Responsibilities. . I. Financial Strategy & Capital Stewardship. . Strategic Finance & FP&A. . . Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling. . Ensure executive-level clarity around resource allocation, burn rate, revenue trajectory, and profitability path. . Elevate sophistication of modeling, scenario planning, and decision-support capabilities. . Provide concise financial insights to guide enterprise strategy. . . Fundraising & Investor Leadership. . . Lead preparation and execution of fundraising and capital strategy initiatives. . Own investor-ready financial narrative, projections, and diligence materials. . Serve as primary financial interface with investors and Board. . Ensure finance infrastructure meets institutional investor standards. . . Accounting, Controls & Governance. . . Oversee all accounting, reporting, audit, treasury, and compliance functions. . Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance in a highly governed environment. . No major audit, regulatory, compliance, or operational breakdowns. . Strong Board and investor confidence in financial and operational leadership. . . . . Required Skills & Abilities. . . Deep experience as a CFO with ownership of FP&A, fundraising, GAAP/non-GAAP reporting, and capital strategy. . Demonstrated experience leading operations or having Operations report into Finance. . Proven ability to scale organizations and operationalize enterprise strategy. . Strong financial and operational data fluency; ability to translate insights into execution. . Exceptional executive communication and Board presentation skills. . High integrity and experience operating in regulated or high-compliance environments. . . . . Educational & Experience. . . 15+ years of experience in a demonstrated, executive leadership capacity. . Experience serving as a CFO in a high-growth, venture-backed organization. . Prior experience overseeing Operations, or serving in a combined CFO/COO or enterprise integrator role. . Experience in financial services, exchanges, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred. . CPA strongly preferred. . . . Benefits. .
