Lead configuration, workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, and user support to ensure the platform aligns with firm operations and performance goals.. . Reporting & Analytics: . Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-level reporting frameworks that provide visibility into operational KPIs and case performance.. . Data Management & Governance: .
